Training Terms and Conditions

Enrolment will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.

The unique username and password is for the registered user only and cannot be passed on to third parties. If it is found that the registered user is passing on details or copying the training material to 3^rd Parties this is seen as a breach of the terms and conditions and Property Tectonics reserve the right to remove all access to the software and online training without notice or refund of any fees paid.

For security purposes the unique username and password, provided to the user by Property Tectonics, will expire after 2 months. The user will have to request a new password if they do not complete the course within the 2 month period.

Property Tectonics will endeavour to check the 2 example training Energy Performance Certificates and provide a ‘Certificate of Completion’ to the user on completing the course within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) however if demand should increase this deadline will be extended at the discretion of Property Tectonics.

Property Tectonics and the University of Salford reserve the right to change the content of the online training and manual without liability.
